Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Greg!
Thanks so much for sending this great question regarding grocery delivery during the phased reopening of
Walt Disney World. My family always ships groceries and park essentials to ourselves at our
Walt Disney World Resort hotel, so I understand how important this detail is for your planning purposes.
I called to check on this very thing and was assured by a Cast Member that Guests will be able to receive packages and deliveries as they have previously. Depending on the type of delivery and which resort you'll call home for your stay, those packages will be waiting for you in one of several locations. For a local grocery delivery service such as Garden Grocer, your order will be dropped off at Bell Services. At Disney Convention Hotels, shipments such as UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Prime will be delivered to the
Ricoh Business Center, so be sure to be mindful of their operating hours. These resorts include
Disney's Beach Club Resort,
Disney's Yacht Club Resort,
Disney's BoardWalk Inn,
Disney's Contemporary Resort,
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, and
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel each have their own business center in their lobby.
For all other Walt Disney World Resort hotels, a shipped package will be waiting for you upon check-in at your resort hotel's
Front Desk Services.
Start packing those parcels with pixie-dusted provisions, Greg. Your well-stocked visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth awaits!
As you think of additional questions, be sure to send them our way. We love to help!
