Hello Luciane and thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel all the way from Sao Pauo!
Luciane, as a fellow international traveler, I also take full advantage of stateside shopping when travelling to Walt Disney World Resort. Fortunately,
mail and parcel delivery services is one of many services available to Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests which makes it possible for you to ship online packages to your Disney Resort hotel.
If your Walt Disney World Resort hotel has on-site convention facilities, any packages shipped via courier (such as FedEx or UPS) should automatically be delivered to the Business Center located within your Resort’s Convention Center. These packages are subject to a small
Business Center package handling fee upon delivery. In most cases letters or packages being shipped via regular mail (United States Postal Service) will be available for pick up at the Front Desk upon check in or delivered to your room by Bell Services.
All packages delivered to Disney Resort hotels without on-site convention facilities will be available for pick up at the Front Desk or delivered to your room by Bell Services. Please note that Disney’s current policy is to charge a small
package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel.
Be sure to address your package to the lead guest on your reservation, aiming for a delivery arrival date within a couple days of your check-in. You will want to ensure that the word "Guest" and your check in date is included on the package so Disney will be able to link the package to your reservation.
I hope this helpful, Luciane. Happy Shopping!
Trish
