Hi Kathy,
Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to hEAR that you have an upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort planned! It is always my pleasure to greet a fellow North Carolinian.
If you are referring to your theme park tickets, you may be able to use those tickets, but it will depend on the type of tickets you purchased and the start date of the tickets. Review this
ticket usage explanation and verify your ticket type by checking in
My Disney Experience. When you log into My Disney Experience, you should be able to see your tickets by clicking on My Plans and then clicking on Tickets & Memory Maker or, in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars in the bottom right of the screen and then click on Tickets and Passes. If you selected a start date earlier than your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay start date, you should be good. For assistance with your tickets, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member by phone.
If you are referring to
Disney Park Pass system reservations, you must make a park pass reservation for each day of your visit and the number of park pass reservations you can make will depend on whether or not you have valid theme park admission for those days. Always check the
theme park reservation availability calendar prior to your visit. Looking at your arrival date, I am also hoping that you make
advanced dining reservations. Having advanced dining reservations makes our trips so much more manageable. As I have continued to help friends plan their vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort, all of them return grateful that they had at least some dining reservations. While
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is a fantastic tool, it is so nice to have a guaranteed time to relax while dining in cooler temperatures!
Kathy, pack up your gear! We are so excited to welcome you to the magic.
Magic and memories,
Donyell
