Hi Karissa!
“When You Wish Upon a Star” here at planDisney, anything your heart desires will come to you! And by that I mean we are always game to help answer Guests’ planning questions. Since you will be traveling very soon, I better focus on your question so you can get ready to GO!
Guess what?
Complimentary cribs are certainly available for Guests at all
Walt Disney World Resort hotels. I'd suggest that you request a crib when
making your resort reservations. Alternatively, you can request one upon arrival at your hotel. However, since cribs are available upon request, I always prefer to let Disney know ahead of time that it’s something that my family needs. Many of the resorts provide Pack ‘n Play® playards in lieu of cribs, and a Pack ‘n Play® by design does not have a mattress. If you do receive a regular crib, it will have a mattress. Whether Guests get a crib or a Pack ‘n Play®, a sheet will be included.
If you want a full size crib or think that your child will not do well sleeping in a smaller crib or Pack ‘n Play®, then you can rent one through several companies in the Orlando area. I am all about my kids sleeping well on a Disney vacation because I don't want to feel like a zombie the next day when I want to be playing in the parks! You know your child best, so “always let your conscience be your guide” on what will work best for your family. Gee, I feel like Jiminy Cricket quoting that line!
We’d love to have you visit our planDisney crib again if you think of any additional questions. All you have to do is “Give a Little Whistle” and we will do our very best to lend a helping hand. Now, go have a magical vacation!
