Disney resort hotel has been reserved. We have two Canadian citizen exchange certificates that can be exchanged for 7 day passes. How do I proceed with reserving parks for each day of my stay using the certificates?

Bonjour, Karen and welcome to planDisney!

Karen, I am so happy to see that you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation and that you will be a Guest at a Disney Resort Hotel to enjoy many magical and unique experiences and benefits! Seven days of Walt Disney World Resort theme park fun awaits your discovery, Karen, and you will be able to associate or link your exchange certificates or tickets to your Disney account online, or by using your My Disney Experience Mobile App and I will be honoured to explain how, as a fellow Canadian Disney fan.

To link your exchange certificates to your Disney account online, kindly:
    1) Sign in to your Disney account, roll your cursor over the My Disney Experience planning tab on the top right and please select My Plans,
    2) Once on the page that says, Karen's Plans and Tickets please hover the cursor over the Park Tickets tab and two options should appear, Select Tickets and a Link Tickets option, please select Link Tickets,
    3) On the Link Tickets page you will be able to enter the exchange certificate ID number located beneath the bar code on your confirmation for each theme park ticket. You will be presented with options on how to locate your exchange certificate ID number on the right by selecting the sample that resembles your exchange certificate.

To link your exchange certificate ID number to your Disney account using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, kindly:
    1) Download or sign in to your My Disney Experience Mobile App,
    2) On the Home Page please select the Feature Menu on the bottom right of the page,
    3) On your Welcome Karen page, please select Tickets and Passes and then select the blue + tab,
    4) Select the Link Tickets & Passes tab to enter the exchange certificate ID Code manually, or you may select Scan Code.

    Please Note:
As soon as you have linked your theme park tickets, please proceed to secure your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations for each day of your valid theme park admission for all in your travel party as this is the method of visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks at this time.

You are welcome to present your exchange certificate at any Guest Relations Theme Park Ticket Window along with a valid photo ID to receive your physical theme park admission cards.

    Tips:
Update the Payment Method on the My Disney Experience Mobile App to enable vacation essential features such as Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and adding the Disney Genie+ service to save time waiting in lines.

Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App you can create a Disney MagicMobile pass to access your theme park admission from your digital wallet on your mobile device with Disney MagicMobile Service - this is a very handy feature that I utilize regularly.

Karen, thank you so much for stopping by - best Disney wishes!
    Jacqueline
