I have a Disney Resort hotel reservation from April 19 to April 24. My daughter will turn 3 years old on April 21. I understand that children who turn 3 during the stay are not required to purchase theme park tickets if they are under 3 at the start of the

Hey there, Andrés, and welcome to planDisney!

Celebrating anything at the Walt Disney World Resort is always extra magical, but when it's an occasion as special as turning 3, the pixie dust vibes are through the roof. Grab a birthday button and some celebration ones from the front desk at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and let's get started!

At the beginning of your trip, your princess is a Guest of Mickey Mouse and doesn't need to have a Theme Park Ticket. Once she's officially 3 years old, she will need a ticket for the rest of the park days during your stay. You can grab those in your My Disney Experience app. Just tap the middle icon at the bottom of the screen. Choose Buy Tickets and Passes. You'll then select Theme Park Tickets and follow all the prompts until you've got exactly what your baby girl needs.

Andrés, I hope I've been able to clear up any confusion. Have the most magical time celebrating that sweet little girl. If you have any other questions before the party begins, come back to see us!

Happy planning and happy early birthday, princess!
