Hi Disney Moms! I have our Resort and hoppers booked, even score a reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table. But I opted out of booking our Flight through the Disney...go... are there any airlines the Disney Travel Ins. doesn’t cover? Thanks!

    Hi Barbara,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

From what I understand, if you booked your flights on your own and not through Disney as part of your vacation package, they may not be covered by the terms of Disney’s Travel Protection Plan. In addition, because the terms of your coverage varies depending on your state of residence, if you have any questions about what is and isn’t covered for your upcoming vacation, I would strongly suggest following the link I’ve included above, consulting the terms of your policy and contacting your insurance provider if that doesn’t help answer your question.

I’m sorry I wan’t able to give you a more definitive answer but travel insurance questions can get quite tricky! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort or other Disney planning tips!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
