    Can Disney resort guests that are staying at say one of the value resorts still watch the electric parade from one of the deluxe resorts like the grand Floridian beach's or wherever is best to watch the parade?

    Hi Jaclyn!
    Definitely. You can view the nightly Electric Water Pageant from the shores of either the Grand Floridian Resort, the Polynesian Resort, the marina of the Contemporary Resort or from the beach/dock of Fort Wilderness. All are good, so I would suggest whichever is convenient for you.
