Hey there, hi there, ho there, Amanda!
Welcome back to planDisney with a very popular question. I am thrilled to hear that you will be returning to the Walt Disney World Resort this fall to join in the
50th Anniversary Celebration. There are so many new experiences that have been created that will have you basking in EARidescence. New attractions, new entertainment, and new treats and eats are available during the celebration. The
50th Anniversary Sips and Bites Guide will help you celebrate with special snacks, desserts, and cocktails throughout the resort.
You are already a vacation planning rockstar by booking your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel accommodations already. Due to the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, all theme parks and experiences are operating under limited capacity. Currently, this affects dining because some dining experiences have not reopened. There has not been a specific announcement as to when
Dining Plans will return. I suggest that you keep your ears tuned in to the
Disney Parks Blog for updates. We are hoping to hear some news very soon regarding its return. If the Dining Plans return before your arrival, you can modify your reservation to upgrade a dining plan.
I would recommend that you purchase your
Theme Park Tickets and make
Disney Park Pass reservations for everyone as soon as possible. You can always change a park reservation later if there is remaining availability. Once a park is booked up, you will not be able to enter unless you have the Park Hopper Option added to your admission. You can check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before you make your purchase, to ensure the parks you want to visit are available.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you need any recommendations for dining reservations, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
