Which Disney resort has the best waterslides suitable for a 10 year old and 6 year old please?

    Hi Anne,

What a fun question you've asked! I think if you polled all of the Disney Parks Moms Panelists, you'd likely find a rousing vote for Stormalong Bay at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. With the unique sand bottom pool, lazy river and one of the tallest water slides on all Disney Resort Hotel property, your li'l Mouseketeers will be in recreation heaven. Good luck pulling them out for lunch or a rest, Mom! Disney's Beach Club Resort is one of my favorite locations, namely for proximity to Disney Parks, abundant recreational options, Signature Dining, and overall ambiance. Walking out to Stormalong Bay gives you that, "you're on vacation" moment.

Check out all the cool features on the following Stormalong Bay link, and be sure to ask us any further follow up questions as you plan your magical Walt Disney World vacation.

p.s. If your family loves water slides, I'd encourage you to check out Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Parks. My husband and I can tell you all about the VERY fast slides our grade schoolers loved, over, and over, and over! That's the very best part of enjoying Walt Disney World with your children ... no matter if it's thrill ride attractions, entertainment or water slides, you'll feel like a kid right along with them.

Happy planning, Anne, and have a wonderful time.
