Hello there Anita,
Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you stopped by with your question, and I'm thrilled to hear you have an upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up in just a few short weeks!
The
Holiday season is one of my favorite times to visit the parks, but I also understand that plans can change. Luckily, it's very easy to cancel or change your
theme park reservations! You can do this at any point, but would need to
call a Cast Member at the Guest Information line if your original reserved date has already passed.
If you'd like to modify or cancel an upcoming theme park reservation, then my recommendation would be to visit the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. On this page, you should see each day of your upcoming trip listed with the current reservation. You can follow the prompts next to each reservation to change the park (subject to availability), modify the date, or cancel the reservation altogether!
If you do end up needing to cancel your existing reservations for now until a later date, you'll just need to use your
theme park ticket before the expiration date. If your tickets are wholly unused then you should have quite a wide window before they expire (check back on the confirmation email you received when you purchased them to confirm this). However, if you have multi-day tickets and have used them at all then you'd need to use the remainder of the days within 13 days of first use.
Thanks again for your question, Anita! I hope you have a fantastic time at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
