Does Disney rent out rooms at any of their resorts for the winter? Like 3 months at a time??

Hi there April, and welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness! Spending the entire winter in Walt Disney World sounds like a dream come true. I'd be happy to trade Elsa's icy weather up north for something a little more Olaf-approved.

You are welcome to reserve a stay of up to 30 continuous nights at any Disney hotel, pending availability. For longer trips, you'll need to make separate reservations of 30 nights or fewer. If I were fortunate enough to ever plan a multiple-month stay in Walt Disney World, I would want to try as many resorts as possible! While there are no special rates for extended stays, I recommend keeping an eye on the Special Offers page to watch for a discount or package that will fit your needs. It's possible to apply the same special offer to multiple bookings, so long as they all fall within the required dates.

Best wishes for planning your winter getaway, April! When thinking about a longer trip, consider splitting your stay between different areas of Walt Disney World (the EPCOT Resort Area, Magic Kingdom Resort Area, etc) and spending time in accommodations that offer the comforts of home, like the Deluxe Villa Resorts or The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and if there's anything else we can do as your vacation comes together, don't hesitate to reach out again.

    Have a magical day!
