    Welcome Nick!
Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be very excited about your WDW trip! I am glad to hear you want to organize things in advance. It is definitely the best way for making reservations at all the restaurants, shows and attractions your group wish.
Calendars and Park Hours, including Extra Magic Hours, are released around six months prior; you will have to wait a little until they come out. You can always check out at the Walt Disney World Resort website for calendars information. What I usually do, is also check at allEars.net, easywdw.com or touringplans.com. They always have good information about calendars, including the crowd calendars, which is awesome! I suggest you take a look at last years’ calendars, at least to have an idea of what to expect.
Come back again if you have more questions. It is a pleasure to help.
    Have a pixie-dusted day!
