I am going to Disney with my relatives, we have 2 separate reservations, we are linked as family & friend in the app. If I purchase memory maker can I link them & receive their photos? Do I have to scan my band for them or can they scan theirs?

Welcome to planDisney with an excellent question! I am happy to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your family during the merriest season of all!

Memory Maker is an incredible product that allows Guests to make unlimited downloads of all digital content captured by Disney PhotoPass service during their visit. What I love about Memory Maker is that you can share all photos and videos with Guests connected to your Disney account.

To be sure you are sharing Disney PhotoPass content with your family members, sign in to My Disney Experience and visit My Family & Friends. Select Update next to the Guests traveling with you and select the option to share your Disney PhotoPass photos. They should also do the same in their account to be sure the photos they take will also be linked to your Disney account. At the end of your visit, you will be able to reassign your Memory Maker entitlement to them after downloading your photos.
