Hello Vena,
It's so great to see you here at planDisney. I hope you're getting excited for all the magic that awaits you when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort!
It sounds like you have a Walt Disney World Resort
vacation package or perhaps you have purchased
theme park tickets and now you're ready to make your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system.
Before you make your theme park reservations, you'll want to link your Resort reservation or theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. You can use the
"Let's Link Your Reservations and Purchases" features that are available online. You'll see that you have options to link a Resort reservation or vacation package, as well as an option to link theme park tickets. If you are linking a Resort reservation or vacation package, you'll be prompted to enter the confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. If you are linking theme park tickets, you'll be prompted to enter the confirmation number or the ticket ID number.
You can also link Resort reservations and theme park tickets using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. To link a Resort reservation, start by tapping the main menu (the three stacked lines) in the lower right, and then tap the "Resort Hotel" tile. To link theme park tickets, tap the main menu, then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile, then tap the "+" icon, and then tap the "Link Tickets & Passes" option.
Vena, I hope these tips help you get started in making your theme park reservations. If you find you're still running into some issues, though, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can offer additional assistance. You can also use the
online chat service to connect with Cast Members for assistance.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Vena!
Jerry
