During your upcoming vacation, I’m sure you'll notice various changes that Disney has implemented as part of their
new health and safety protocols. For instance, the luggage delivery service associated with
Disney's Magical Express is temporarily paused. So, you'll need to collect your own bags at the airport and bring them to the Magical Express bus counter. There, your luggage will be loaded on the bus for you to take with you to your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel. And for your return trip home, Resort Airline Check-in is currently paused as well. Also, to help with social distancing, the Magical Express motorcoach now has assigned seating.
However, I am happy to report that Bell Services is still able to assist in transferring your luggage to another Walt Disney World Resort hotel! Just drop your luggage off at Bell Services on the morning of your check-out, and request that they move it for you. Once you arrive at your second Resort hotel you can either collect your luggage from Bell Services or call for it to be delivered to your room. At this time, luggage cannot be delivered to your room unless you are present. Please note that most luggage transfers are scheduled for the afternoon. So plan accordingly and make sure to keep any items you may need like medication and your photo identification with you and not in your packed luggage.
