Ahoy there, Dennis, and welcome back aboard the friendly decks of planDisney! We're happy to have you alongside again with your question about planning your crew's Disney Cruise Line vacation!
Ah, I see you're looking at turning a "simple" cruise into an extra magical experience with a pre- and post-cruise stay at
Walt Disney World Resort! Even if just for one night on either end, this really gives you the best of both worlds - to borrow from our friend Hannah Montana...and turns your vacation into an official "
Disney Vacations by Land and Sea" extravaganza! Combined with the available
Disney Cruise Line Air Program, you've got nearly every mode of transportation covered! For step-by-step help planning what sounds like an incredible vacation,
definitely contact a Disney Cruise Line crew member by phone, who can help you with all the little intricacies of your desired itinerary!
A few planDrew-approved things to be on the lookout for:
- While there isn't an official payment plan, you can construct your own by making payments once your deposit is made and you have a final payment due date! My family usually splits it up by dividing the remaining balance by the number of months until the cruise, and making a payment each month!
- I see you're looking to sail in late 2024 - what a great way to celebrate the end of the year in style! You should know that itineraries for the remainder of 2023 were just recently released, so it may be until the summer of 2023 before your desired dates are available for booking. This is always subject to change, and with another ship on the horizon, who knows what will happen!
- Once those dates are released, however, be sure to make plans as early as possible to secure the best pricing - itineraries rarely go down in cost as time goes by!
Hopefully, that helps you put some coordinates on your map as you continue planning, Dennis! Thank you so much for your question, and we've got the others you've asked here at planDisney as well - where did you find so many matching bottles? So stay on the lookout for more answers coming your way!
Until then, fair winds and following seas!
