Over the last two days I have been at all four theme parks and
Disney Springs ducking in and out of merchandise locations. I asked Cast Members if there were any license plate covers. Unfortunately, there are none on property at this time. Cast Members assured me that license plate covers have been staple souvenirs for years and those found in the theme parks were usually available through
shopDisney. I recommend you check there regularly to see if they are restocked.
When you arrive on property, aside from the larger stores such as
Creations Shop in EPCOT, the
Emporium at Magic Kingdom Park, and
World of Disney in Disney Springs,
Disney Collections Resort hotels also carry unique gifts not found in the larger stores. However, merchandise sales Cast Members can look up any item to see if there is inventory while you are on property. Just tell them what you are looking for and they will search the system to see what is available.
Finally, Disney license plate covers may also be found on third party sites if you do an internet search.
While not available at this time directly through Disney, I hope this information helps direct you where to look in the future.
