Hi William!
You will want to consider staying at a
Disney Deluxe Villa which are Disney Vacation Club (DVC) properties that you can stay in (like a normal hotel room). The original DVC resort, Disney's Old Key West Resort, is known for its spacious villa accommodations. The top of the line is the Grand Villa, which can sleep up to 12 people. A Grand Villa at Old Key West is huge with approximately 2400 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and four bathrooms!
Other DVC resorts with Grand Villas include Bay Lake Tower, Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Saratoga Springs. While all of these resorts are great resorts, three that stand out in my mind are Bay Lake Tower, Boardwalk, and Animal Kingdom Lodge. Bay Lake Tower is attached to the Contemporary Resort and is on the Magic Kingdom monorail line (via the Contemporary); you can also walk to the Magic Kingdom from this resort. Boardwalk is located on Crescent Lake between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, and is an easy walk from Epcot's International Gateway entrance; Disney's Hollywood Studios is a farther walk. Animal Kingdom Lodge is just spectacular and has an exotic theme.
A Grand Villa at any resort is absolutely stunning! Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
