We have been to Disney and had prepaid for the Memory Maker. We see pictures on our phone but there are watermarks. The Memory Maker is already liked to each reservation. How do I get the watermarks removed? Thank you.

Hello Catherine, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so happy to hear that you had an amazing time of your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. I have recently returned from a trip a few weeks ago too and have recently started to edit my vacation photos. Disney’s PhotoPass Photographers do an amazing job of capturing every magical moment throughout the resort.

Congratulations on your purchase of a Memory Maker. You will need to activate your Memory Maker in order to remove the watermarks from your photos. To do this in the app, simply select one of your PhotoPass Photos and double tap it to claim and activate your Memory Maker. You can also do this online by visiting the My Disney PhotoPass website and signing in with your My Disney Experience information. Once you activate your Memory Maker, the watermarks will disappear and you will have 30 days to crop, edit and add borders and stickers to your photos. Be sure to download your precious photos before they expire. You will have unlimited downloads of your photos to share with family and friends. My favorite Memory Maker product is the archive DVD. This DVD will contain every single photo on your Memory Maker at the time of your order. I love having it as a backup to all my downloaded photos. You will be able to enjoy the magical memories of this trip for years to come.

    Say cheese,
