does disney pop century have internet

Hi, Cathlynn. I have good news and I have bad news. Like all Disney World resorts, Pop Century has internet access. The bad news? It's $10 a day.

Last time I was at Walt Disney World, I turned my phone into a mobile hotspot and ran my laptop through that wifi internet connection. Doing so costs $20 a month on Verizon's network, which breaks down to $1.50 a day. That's a whole lot better than $10 a day. I mention this because you might want to see what options you have with your wireless provider before heading down there.

If you just want somewhere to check your e-mail, you can take advantage of some of the free wifi locations throughout the property. Here's my cheat sheet:
    • Epcot Futureworld at Innoventions East
    • Epcot - Lotus Blossom Cafe, stronger signal in the back
    • Hollywood Studios - stand near Sorcerer's Hat on the Brown Derby side
    • Magic Kingdom - stand outside City Hall
    • ESPN Wide World of Sports
    • Boardwalk boat loading area outside of Boardwalk resort
    • Beach Club lobby
    • Contemporary - outside of gift shop area
    • Coronado Springs lobby
    • Grand Floridian lobby
    • Orlando International Airport
    • Downtown Disney - DisneyQuest
    • Downtown Disney - Wolfgang Pucks Express
    • Downtown Disney - Sosa Family Cigar Co. (signal even strong outside)
    • Downtown Disney - outside House of Blues (several)
