We will be in Disney at the Poly for my son's 9th b-day in Oct. We'd like to have balloons or something special delivered to our room to surprise him after a long day. How do we do this? The disney florist site doesn't have much besides candy & flowers

The website for the Disney florist is just the tip of the iceberg as to what they offer. You can have them send almost anything to your room, not only the items that are shown on the site. You just have to give them a call. The telephone number is 407-827-3505.

You can work using one their standard products as a jumping off point. For example, if a gift basket on the site includes one pair of Mickey ears and the gift recipient has two children, you could ask them to include two sets of ears. Or, you could work with them to create something totally unique for your situation. They will even include gifts from home or non-Disney gifts in your basket, if you send them in advance. They create many, many custom gifts every day.

Try speaking with someone in the floral and gift basket department and I'm sure you'll be able to create something super special for your son.
