    We have a Disney Plus free dinning plan package reservation. We will be staying at a moderate resort for 14 days and have a 10 day park hoper ticket. Can we upgrade our ticket to an annual pass?

    Hello Kathy, 

    Welcome to planDisney. It is wonderful to hear you'll be taking advantage of the free dining promotion that was offered to Disney+ subscribers earlier this year. There's nothing like a Walt Disney World Resort stay, especially when you're eating for free!

    You may be able to upgrade your ticket to an annual pass. Eligible tickets can be upgraded either in the My Disney Experience mobile app, by calling existing tickets prior to your stay, or by visiting any theme park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.

    Please be aware of the following timeline requirements for upgrading eligible tickets:

     - 1-Day Ticket: Must be upgraded on the day that you used the ticket
     - Multi-Day Ticket: Can be upgraded until the last day of use

    Your pass will be valid for one year from the first day the original theme park ticket was used. If you have any further questions about upgrading your annual pass you can ask them here or reach out to the dedicated annual pass support team with the Annual Passholder Help Form.

    Along with the excuse to visit Walt Disney World Resort whenever you want, there are other benefits to being an annual passholder including discounts and special resort offers.
