Magic Tickets (or, indeed the older style Ultimate Tickets!). Memory Maker truly does allow for each and every Mouseketeer to always be in the picture!
Terrence, I'm more than happy to share that as per the current Memory Maker Terms and Conditions, Guests are able to download the digital content captured within their Memory Maker entitlement for up to 45 days from the date the photo or video was taken at Walt Disney World Resort.
From my quick calculation, I believe your Memory Maker entitlement could indeed still be within that 45-day period. However, as I am unable to gain access to your
My Disney Experience account, it's a little tricky for me to understand exactly why you're having some difficulties downloading your Memory Maker photo and video content from your August 2022 holiday.
With this in mind, my best planDisney suggestion is for you to contact
Disney PhotoPass Service Cast Members via this easy-to-use online form. Cast Members are like real-life Fairy Godmothers at times, and with just the wave of their magic wand, and a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, I feel sure they'll be able to offer the very best guidance for YOU!
