    We'll be in Disney for St. Patrick's. Does Disney do anything special to commemorate the holiday? Ears, pins, special costumed characters? We have reservations at Raglan Road, but were wondering about in-park festivities at MK

    I feel very LUCKY to be able to answer your great question! The Disney Parks Moms Panel's "pot of gold" is filled with planning tips, suggestions and lots of Pixie Dust.

    There is currently no information available about any St. Patrick's Day festivities at Magic Kingdom Park. The 2015 St. Patrick's Day events took place at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant located at Disney Springs and included music, drinks, face painting and exclusive merchandise. The 'Mighty Festival: St. Patrick's Week' event took place from March 13-17th, 2015. Dates for the 2016 festival have not yet been released but you can keep up to date on all the latest news on the Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant website as well as the Disney Parks Blog. In 2015 there were pins, plush characters, t-shirts and accessories offered for St. Patrick's Day. I suggest that you subscribe to the Disney Parks Blog as this is where new Walt Disney World Resort holiday and special-event merchandise is normally announced.
