    When we were in Disney this past weekend (September 24-28, 2014), we took a picture at the Luau. I cannot find that picture on my account. The did scan my husband's band, but shouldn't that show up in my account as well if they are linked?

    Hello Mary!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I hope you had a lot of fun at the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show.  

    I can't know for sure why your photos did not show up on your Memory Maker account.  I can, however, try to help point you in the right direction.  You are correct, pictures that your husband had scanned to his band should show up in your account since you two are linked.  I suggest contacting the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by calling (407) 560-4300.  If you don't want to call, you can also report a missing photo online.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
