Hello Niall, and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for bringing us such an important question Niall. I really enjoy using new techno-gadgets and gizmos, but of course, like all good technology, it's only great when it actually works!
Firstly, I should explain that as I'm not able to access your My Disney Experience account, or even know which Apple devices you're using, it does of course make it rather tricky for me to fully understand any technical difficulties that you may have currently been experiencing with adding
Magic Tickets to your Apple Wallet via the Disney MagicMobile Service. However, what I am able to explain is that Guests wishing to utilise the
Disney MagicMobile Service will need to ensure they are -
- Signed in to a valid
My Disney Experience account
- Have valid
Disney Theme Park Tickets successfully linked to their
My Disney Experience account
- Their
Apple device has the latest version of iOS or watchOS - They are signed in via Apple ID to their iCloud (with 2-factor authentication enabled)
Hopefully, with just a little extra faith, trust, and pixie dust (and the above top tips!), you might now be able to view your
Magic Tickets within your My Disney Experience account on the Disney MagicMobile Service.
If this is not the case, then my best suggestion is for you to seek the tech-savvy assistance of Cast Members who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account. To connect with a knowledgable Cast Member, simply dial the UK freephone number for
Technical and Website Support contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.Niall, I really hope that I've been able to provide a little insight for you today. If you should have any additional enquires, then please do pop back to
me here at planDisney where I'm always happy to assist a fellow Guest who like me, visits with Mickey Mouse from across the other side of the pond!
Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
