Hey Howdy Hey James and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for your question about unused Walt Disney World theme park tickets. I am sorry to hear that you could not make it to the parks last time. You do have some options with your unused tickets.
While Disney has a policy that theme park tickets are non-refundable, in most cases, they will honor the value of what you paid for your tickets and apply it to the purchase of new tickets. This step involves
calling Disney and speaking with a Cast Member about your situation. They can look up your
My Disney Experience account and see the unused tickets. They can typically use the value of the unused tickets to apply to the purchase of new tickets. Since tickets are date-based, they will vary throughout the year on pricing and the day of the week they are activated. Hopefully, this option can cover a majority of your new ticket selections so you can get back to the parks.
When you get back to planning your next trip, feel free to stop back with any questions you may have. We are always happy to help!
To Infinity and Beyond,
Nick
