Greetings, Musho! Welcome to planDisney!
You have chosen a fantastic time of year to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort. September brings cooler temperatures and lower crowds due to the school year starting back up. I am sure you are going to have a fantastic time. You may want to purchase
Memory Maker to capture all of the memories through photos taken by professional Cast Member photographers!
When you booked your vacation package or purchased your
Theme Park Tickets online, you would have had to select to have the passes delivered to your home, and if so, they should have arrived shortly thereafter. If you didn’t specifically ask for the passes delivered to your home, they will be in your MyDisney account. They will be used at the various park tap-in points or at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel through MagicMobile and/or your MagicBand+. If you want a hard pass, you must head to a
Guest Relations location at any theme park entrance or
Disney Springs and ask for a Key to the World card. There are so many ways to access the magic, but it's entirely up to you how you do so. My preference is to find a
MagicBand+ with my favorite Disney Character or Disney World attraction on it, personally.
Head to the main Walt Disney World website to see your passes digitally. At the top of the page, you will see “Sign In or Create Account.” Select this and sign in using the email and password you created to make your purchases. Once the page reloads, hover over MyDisneyExperience in the top right corner and select “My Plans.” The next screen will load, and you will see five circles representing your Disney vacation's different aspects: Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining. Since you have already purchased tickets, scroll down to the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” section and select the blue “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” tab, and like magic, your tickets should appear!
If you don’t see your tickets or are unsure whether you selected to have them delivered to your home, I suggest contacting the Existing Tickets number located on the
Walt Disney World Help Center page for more assistance.
I hope this answers your question, Musho. If you have any additional questions about your visit to The Most Magical Place On Earth,
drop me a line. I would be more than happy to help you with further planning!
See you real soon!
