Welcome to planDisney Pam!
How exciting to be planning a visit to see Mickey, Minnie, and all their pals at Walt Disney World! This is a wonderful time to visit with the
50th Anniversary Celebration in full swing.
I am always impressed with guests who hold onto their
past park tickets. Hopefully you will get some use out of yours. To be able to use your tickets, they must be new/unused, or if days remaining, you would have needed to add the "no expiration" option.
Gather up your
Theme Park Tickets and go to the
Linking Page. Select "Tickets" and scroll through the options of ticket types. Once you find a ticket that looks like what you have, type in the required information and from there you should be able to link your tickets to guests in your
My Disney Experience account.
If you are unable to match up your tickets or your tickets will not link,
give a call to a friendly Cast Member for assistance. Your other option is to wait until you get to Walt Disney World, and Guest Relations will be able to look up your tickets. If at all possible, try to fix your tickets prior to your arrival so tickets can be linked and
Theme Park Reservations made.
Once you have your tickets entered and linked, to enter the theme parks, you just need a bit of magic -
Disney MagicMobile Service! With this, simply tap your phone at entry touch points. If you prefer, use a
MagicBand (available for purchase) or any ticket window or Guest Relations will be happy to issue a card that will have your tickets attached.
Good luck with your tickets, and I hope you have a magical vacation!
Cathy
