    I had a Disney pass but unfortunately I couldn’t afford and had to let the pass go into collections. Am I able to get a new pass now? Circumstances have changed

     Welcome to planDisney, Marsealya. We're so glad you stopped by! We're always happy to chat about the Walt Disney World Resort. 

     I'm sorry to hear you were unable to take advantage of all the incredible perks that come along with being an Annual Passholder. I'm sure that was very upsetting and stressful! Not knowing the exact details about your pass or the circumstances of it being deactivated, I can't be sure if you're eligible to purchase a new one. But not to worry! Call the Annual Passholders line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! Be sure to have all the information on hand regarding your previous pass. With that information, the Cast Member you speak to will be able to tell you what your options are. 

     Did you hear that Tiana's Bayou Adventure is about to open at Magic Kingdom Park? My family and I can't wait to experience this re-imagined attraction! Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for more updates and news about Disney Parks and destinations.
