Hi Disney Parks moms! Im trying to make reservations at Be Our Guest restaurant. What is the earliest time I can make reservations? Also, does the beast do meet and greets at dinner? My daughter really wants to meet him. Thank you!

    Hi Shaunna,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am ecstatic that you are planning to dine at Be Our Guest restaurant. It is one of my family's favorite restaurants!

When making plans for dining reservations, we start booking online at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on day 180 prior to our visit. But you may want to start checking as early as 5:45 a.m. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can make dining reservations for the entire length of your stay starting on day 180. When we have booked breakfast reservations in the past, the earliest we could book breakfast was 8:00 a.m. We love the 8:00 a.m. breakfast reservation because it gets us into Magic Kingdom before the crowds descend.

Dinner is our favorite meal at Be Our Guest. Although character experiences are always subject to change, the Beast has greeted us at dinner in the past. On our first visit, our girls asked if he did autographs and the cast member said he did not because he was still learning to write. The girls thought that was funny!

Shaunna, be careful about choosing the time of those dinner reservations. As it gets closer to the time for the Happily Ever After fireworks show, it gets more difficult to maneuver around Cinderella Castle. We have typically done dinner at some time between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. We also always check the dinner menu before dining so that we can expedite the ordering process when we arrive. And we check the park hours so we know how much time we have to ride after dinner!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
