Hi, there!
Ben, I'm so pleased to hear you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort this November. It's the perfect time to kick off the
holiday season!
I think it's great that you and your wife have some "off" days planned for your upcoming stay. My family and I like to fill our days in the theme parks with lots of pixie-dusted fun, so we always try to plan an "off" day or two to recharge mid-stay.
Booking a
Unique Access Tour through the Enchanting Extras Collection is a wonderful way to add a bit of magic to one the days you're not using theme park admission. Most of these tours
do require theme park admission, but I'm pleased to tell you the
Backstage Magic Tour does
not! This incredible 7-hour tour takes you into Magic Kingdom Park to tour the "utilidor" tunnels, Epcot to see the inner workings of The American Adventure, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park for a delicious meal at Tiffins and a backstage peek at Rivers of Light. Additionally, Guests who book this unique tour also visit Creative Costuming and Central Shops. I had the incredible opportunity to experience the Backstage Magic Tour last year with dear friends from the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and I can't recommend it enough! Our tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. I learned so much about the inner-workings of the Walt Disney World Resort, and I can't wait to experience this tour again because I'm sure I would learn even more! The Backstage Magic Tour can be booked by calling (407) WDW-TOUR or (407) 939-8687.
If you're looking for something that would allow you to experience attractions in the theme parks without
regular theme park admission, you may want to consider booking a
Disney After Hours event. These limited-entry events allow you to experience popular attractions with little to no wait at Magic Kingdom Park or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. My favorite part? The complimentary snacks and beverages! Guests who purchase a Disney After Hours event ticket may enter the park as early as 7:00 PM, which is two or three hours before the park closes to regular Day Guests. Being able to enter the park well before the event actually starts makes a Disney After Hours ticket an exceptional value!
I hope this was helpful, Ben. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
