Hi Geneva,
Welcome back to planDisney! We've changed the name of the panel since you last stopped by, but we still have the same enthusiasm for helping guests like you.
The
Disney Park Pass reservation system was added during the phased reopening of the theme parks as part of the
enhanced health and safety measures to manage park capacity. To enter one of the four Walt Disney World parks, you now need a valid admission ticket and a Disney Park Pass reservation for the park of your choice each day.
It sounds as if you have your tickets. So that's step one. Next, you will want to link the tickets to your
My Disney Experience account if you haven't already.
Once that's done, you will navigate to the "
Make a Theme Park Reservation" section (either on your computer, phone or tablet). You will choose the members of your party, the date, the park and your arrival time. Simply confirm and the reservation will be linked to your account. You will be able to see the details in the "My Plans" section of the app. No extra card needed.
To help you plot your itinerary, you can check the
Disney Park Pass availability calendar before you make your reservations. The calendar will show you which parks are available and which have already reached the maximum number of guest reservations.
Before you arrive at the parks, I recommend that you make sure you have the most recent version of the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone. Besides providing instant access to your plans and tickets, the app also offers the most up-to-date information about wait times, directions and more. Plus, you can use the app to
mobile order food and beverages, which I love for convenience.
Thanks again for dropping in with your question, Geneva. Please let us know if we can help in any other way as your Walt Disney World vacation nears. Enjoy!
Wilma
