Hello Paola,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! Your magical vacation is just a few weeks away. You must be so excited!
Adding the
Park Hopper Option is a great way to get to visit all four parks in Walt Disney World, especially if you have a relatively short stay. If you are staying for longer than four days, adding the Park Hopper Option can allow you to make dining reservations in a park where you may not necessarily want to spend an entire day. I really love the flexibility that the Park Hopper Option gives.
Spending the morning enjoying
Kilimanjaro Safaris and exploring
Pandora - The World of Avatar in
Disney's Animal Kingdom and then hopping to
Magic Kingdom to enjoy some classic Disney attractions and catch a glimpse of Cinderella Castle sounds like a fantastic plan. The reason you aren't able to make reservations for both is because you don't need to. You only have to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit; in your case, that would be Animal Kingdom. At 2:00 PM, or whenever park hopping starts, you'll simply be able to head over to Magic Kingdom to enjoy the rest of your day. I hope you'll be able to end the evening watching
Disney Enchantment, the stunning new nighttime show.
I don't know if you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, but if so, you may want to head back there for a short rest between the two parks. Going all day from early morning to late evening can be exhausting. It's possible, especially if you're only spending one day and just want to soak everything in, but try to at least sit down and enjoy a table service meal, take a relaxing ride on
Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, or even catch a show at
The Hall of Presidents. Your feet will thank you.
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
