How do I get my Disney park cards?

Hey there, Brianna, and welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Vacation is quickly approaching! But I’m sure you’re already really excited and don’t need me to help hype you up. September is one of my favorite times to visit the parks — mostly because I like food, and EPCOT’s International Food and Wine Festival is a great way to eat around the world! Bonus points: walking to and from all the booths means built-in exercise, or at least that is what I tell myself! It’s my kind of way to spend a vacation!

Brianna, when you purchased your Theme Park Tickets you chose to either receive them by mail or receive them by email. If you don’t remember making a selection, it probably defaulted to sending you the tickets by email. With the addition of Disney’s MagicMobile Pass, Guests no longer need Disney ticket cards to enter the Theme Parks. But to use a MagicMobile Pass for Theme Park entry you have to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience app. To complete your ticket linking process, you’ll need to enter some information found in your confirmation email. So be sure to locate your confirmation email before you start the linking process.

If you would still prefer physical Theme Park ticket cards, they can be picked up at any Theme Park Ticket Booth (right outside the park entrance) or the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. I prefer picking up my tickets in Disney Springs so that I can have them before my first Theme Park day and because Disney Springs is one of my favorite places!

I hope this helps, Brianna! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know

You’ve got a friend in me,
