Hello, Sucharitha! Welcome to the Moms Panel!
Thank you so much for visiting us here on the panel. You have some great questions! Hopefully, I can get you the answers that you are looking for so that you can continue with your Walt Disney World planning.
You are more than welcome to bring in prepackaged food. Just make sure that they are not stored in glass containers as no glass is allowed in the theme parks. Should you decide to dine in any of the restaurants, you can certainly ask to speak with the chef or manger concerning your food allergies. They are very good at accommodating most requests.
ECVs are available to our guests for a
FEE. Please click on the link I have provided in order to view the current pricing. As far as speed goes, they do have a pretty good pace.
You may also want to look into a Guest Assistance Card (GAC) for your mother. Upon entering any of the theme parks, head on over to Guest Services and explain your mother's knee pain to one of our Cast Members. They may be able to provide you with a card that alerts Cast Members throughout the parks that your mother will require extra assistance. For example, a place for her to sit while she waits to board an attraction. They will do everything they can to make her vacation a
MAGICAL one!
~Have a
MAGICAL day and "
SEE YOU REAL SOON"!~
