I have been to Disney parades in the past, and it always appears there are children selected to participate/ride. How are these children chosen?

    Hi Dedra!
I wish there were some sort of "magic" code I could offer you, but the reality is that most families and/or children chosen to ride in park parades are done so totally at random. The good news is that there is currently a show/parade called "Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It" that journeys down Main Street USA and stops around the Hub of Cinderella's Castle. Once it stops, all of the characters in the parade are in the street dancing and the kids can go right up to their favorite characters and join in! Good Luck making some "magic" of your own when you get the chance!
