Hello Disney MOM's Panel! So our trip to WDW is coming up in 8 days and we are starting to pack for our trip. For the water-parks, are you allowed to wear crocks or flip flops on the slides or just water-shoes?

    Hi Christine!!!

Thank you so much for your question to the Walt Disney World Mom's Panel!!

We love visiting the two Disney Water Parks on our Walt Disney World Vacations.  They are such a nice, welcomed change of pace to the four theme parks.

I would highly recommend wearing some sort of shoes at the water parks as the pavement can get very toasty during the warmer months.  The only two things to be aware of with your shoes is to make sure they don't have metal on them and that they are secure on your feet.  If they meet both of those requirements then you won't have any issues wearing them.  If they have metal on them or are not secure on your feet, you will be asked to take them off and hold them while on the various slides and attractions.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!!

    Have a magical trip!!
