Hi Disney Mom's Panel. I read an article that said you could sign up for the Jedi Training Academy while you are waiting for Rope Drop. Is this true? My 3 Disney sons are really looking forward to becoming padawans. Thanks in advance.

    Hello, John!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are OUT OF THIS WORLD excited to help answer your question regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

Having five kids of my own, I totally understand the urgency of teaching your young padawans how to use the Force to fight the Dark Side! I wanted to let you know that guests are not able to sign up for Jedi Training:Trials of the Temple while waiting for rope drop at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

However...NEVER FEAR, because we are HERE to help!

My recommendation would be to arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios 30-45 minutes before the park opens. Cast Members will begin the process of letting guests through the gate early and will hold guests on Hollywood Boulevard. Make sure you stand on the left side of the crowd as you walk in and wait for the official opening of the park. Once the rope drops, walk (briskly) by Echo Lake to register at the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost between the 50's Prime Time Cafe and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!

I hope this helps in your planning! If you have other questions, please let us know!

May the Force be with you all!
