Hi Sean,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Walt Disney World Resort packages include your Disney Resorts Collection hotel and Theme Park tickets. To start pricing this out,
just check out the “Build Your Vacation” banner on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage. Here, you’ll enter the dates of your vacation and the number of guests staying in the room with you. Entering the correct number of guests is important because this is how the number of tickets will be generated within the package. Remember to sign into your
My Disney Experience account so all this information will be saved on your profile!
After you enter this information, you’ll be able to see what
Disney Resorts Collection hotels are available for your timeframe. If you don’t see a specific option you’re looking for, one tip I like to give is changing your check-in day. You can move it earlier or later, sometimes this shows new availability!
Once you choose your hotel, it’s time to decide on your Theme Park
tickets. You can choose tickets for each day of your stay or for a subset of those days, it’s up to you! I will note that there are one park per day tickets and Park Hopper tickets. With a Park Hopper, you’re able to go to multiple Disney Theme Parks in one day.
Once you’ve purchased your package and receive the confirmation, you’ll want to go ahead and book your
Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time both a Disney Park Pass and valid ticket are needed for entry into the Theme Parks. The closer you get to your trip, the more
availability will change. That’s why I suggest booking as soon as you book your package so you can plan in advance and to go to your desired Parks on the days you want to!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
