    Our Disney package states that we get a free refillable mug. Is that for each member of our party and where do we claim this mug? Thanks!

    Hi, Anthony!
    Each guest age 3 and older on the Disney Dining plan will receive a refillable mug.  It will actually be programmed onto your Key to the World card.  Just go to your resort food court, pick-up one mug for each member of your family, and a cast member will scan your card and it will show up that you each are on the plan!  Easy as can be. 
    Enjoy unlimited refills of your favorite beverages at the beverage stations (soda, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) then take your mugs home as a fun souvenir of your vacation.  Have a great vacation!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
