Hi I have a Disney package starting 2/17 but I added 2 extra days to tickets so I could go to park 2 days prior to checking into Disney Resort ( staying off sight those nights) How do I make my tickets active prior to checking in ?

Hi Denise! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your theme park tickets are automatically activated as soon as you purchase them and they are linked to your My Disney Experience account.

Be sure that you look at the terms of your theme park tickets to make sure that they are valid for the days that you plan to visit the parks. You can check the validity of your tickets by calling 407-566-4985 or by logging into your My Disney Experience account via the mobile app or website. You can also see the expiration date of your tickets, too.

If your current tickets are not valid for the days that you plan to visit the parks before you check into your Disney Resort, call 407-566-4985 and a Cast Member can assist you with having this corrected.

Denise, remember that your complimentary MagicBand will be available for you once you check into your Disney resort. If you'd like to have a MagicBand with you during your two-day park visit before you check-in, visit shopDisney.com or the ShopDisney mobile app to find all of your favorite Disney characters!

    Wishing magic and memories,
