Can a Disney Package be priced and customized for me?

    Hiya, Beverly!

Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to hear that you are beginning to plan a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. How exciting! This is a wonderful year to visit Walt Disney World Resort. The World's Most Magical Celebration is still going strong. This means you will find new attractions, nighttime spectaculars, and festive 50th Anniversary treats throughout the theme parks. And I have some exciting news about your travel dates! The Disney Parks Blog recently announced the return of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! If festive fall fun is your favorite thing, this is an event that cannot be missed. Join the Pumpkin King himself, Jack Skellington for a night of treats, fireworks, and so much fun. You can purchase tickets for this event starting as early as May 12th if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, or May 18th for all other Guests.

Speaking of tickets, let's talk about how to plan the best trip ever. You can price out a personalized package online through the Walt Disney World Resort website, or by phone with a friendly Cast Member. All you need are your travel dates and the names of the Ohana that will be joining you on your magical adventure. To get started on the website, enter your travel dates and the number of Guests in the Price Your Vacation banner located at the top of the screen. Next, you can choose your favorite resort from a variety of options. Pick your room type and proceed to choose your tickets. Before you know it you will have an amazing vacation planned in no time at all. I do have a couple of pro tips to share with you.

The first is to create your budget before picking a hotel or ticket option. This can help when you are trying to decide on the right resort choice or determine how many days you will be spending in the parks. Second, spend some time researching the various Walt Disney World Resort hotels and their wonderful amenities. All resorts offer amazing perks for Guests, but they are each incredible and unique in their own way.  The resorts are divided into value, moderate, and deluxe categories. Value resorts are great for staying within any budget while being immersed in Disney magic and being close to the theme parks. Deluxe resorts offer multiple dining locations, including signature dining, and offer more room space. Moderate resorts are perfectly in the middle of these options. You really can't go wrong!

Finally, decide on the type of tickets your travel party will benefit from the most. If you want to jump from park to park throughout your stay, a Park Hopper option is the best! If you want to visit one park a day, and tend to take longer breaks, a standard ticket is a great choice. And you can always choose Park Hopper Plus to maximize flexibility and fun with water park admittance, golf, and more.

If you can't wait to get the planning started, but prefer to have someone else take on the details, you can speak to a Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to book your magical stay. You can also reach out to your travel agent to see if they plan Walt Disney World Resort vacations.

We hope to see ya real soon!
