With Walt Disney World vacation bookings now available for 2023, it's the perfect time to start planning your next visit! The easiest way to do so is by visiting the
Walt Disney World website and entering your anticipated travel dates to start the process. The website is extremely user-friendly and will walk you step by step through the booking process.
Walt Disney World vacation packages will typically include your resort accommodations and ticket packages. You'll have the option to choose from one of the many
Disney Resorts Collection hotels, along with a few other select hotels. Each resort has several room types available depending on the size of your party and the type of accommodations you are looking for. Once your resort has been decided, you'll be able to choose a ticket package for the number of days you wish to visit the parks. Your tickets can be upgraded to include the
Park Hopper Option, the Water Park & Sports Option, or a combo of them both. Before checking out, you can also add
Memory Maker to your stay, which will allow you unlimited photo downloads from pictures you take with
PhotoPass photographers throughout your trip.
There are some aspects to your vacation that you will need to book independently or at a later date. Airport transportation to and from your Disney Resorts Hotel will need to be considered if you are flying in. Mears Connect offers bus transportation and can be booked directly through their website. Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance of your stay. Currently, the
Disney Dining Plan is not an option to add to your vacation package upon booking. I suggest following the
Disney Parks Blog in case this additional option is available again when you plan to visit. This plan will allow you to pay a specified amount for a number of meals at select quick service and table service restaurants around the Resort. Lastly,
Disney Genie+ will be offered each of your park days for an additional fee. You'll need to download the My Disney Experience App to your mobile device to purchase and utilize this service each day. Disney Genie+ will allow you to maximize your time at the parks by creating shorter wait times on selected attractions.
