    Hi Paula and thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in just a few short days!

    You will find the Chat service in the Help Center on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Cast Members are available to assist Guests from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm Easter time. I have used the Chat function numerous times and I love it. The Cast Members are always so helpful and they have answered my questions quickly and efficiently each time.

    Another great resource on the Walt Disney World Resort website is the In-Depth Planning Topics page. It's the perfect place to start planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
