Hi Gary, and welcome to planDisney!
First of all, how sweet is it that you were gifted keys to the magic?! A One-Day Passport from the 1990s is truly a blast from the past. It’s my pleasure to share everything I know about if and how you can still use your tickets.
The good news is that if you never used your Passport at Disney World, they could still have value. But what exactly are they worth in 2026? There are a few ways that you can figure out the value of your treasure. From there, a Cast Member can apply that value to the purchase of
present-day tickets.
Instead of waiting until you get to Orlando, email pictures of the front and back of all four of your theme park tickets to this address: Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. You’ll want to provide as much information as possible, such as your full name and a ballpark estimate of the purchase date (they were gifted so you may not be sure). You should hear back from a Disney Cast Member within a couple of weeks.
Another way to check what your tickets are worth is taking them to Disney World and visiting a theme park’s ticket window or
Guest Relations. You can also visit the Disney Ticket Center at
Disney Springs to get it sorted out. Be sure to have your tickets on hand.
AN EXTRA GEM: Try calling
the “Existing Tickets” hotline to see if they can assess the value this way, but they may direct you to getting an answer via email or in-person.
I hope that this answer helps you on your vacation planning journey, Gary! If you have any additional questions about what to expect at The Most Magical Place on Earth,
revisit us here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
