Hiya, Tiffany. Thanks for stopping by! Your question is close to my heart, as I took all three of my kids to Disneyland and/or Walt Disney World while they were still breastfeeding. Those days were so magical, and sharing the joy of Disney with them from a young age is still so memorable for my husband and me.
I'm happy to report that each Disneyland theme park has a
Baby Care Center, where they have nursing areas, diaper changing stations, and baby essentials for purchase if any have been forgotten. You can find the Disneyland Park Baby Care Center at the end of Main Street near the Little Red Wagon. The California Adventure Baby Care Center is in San Fransokyo Square near Ghiradelli. What's cool is that the
Baby Care Centers have a coast-to-coast presence, as they are also available at the Walt Disney World theme parks in Florida!
I loved these Baby Care Centers as they are quiet and air conditioned, so it was super comfortable to relax while baby fed. I found the rocking chairs in the nursing area super comfy, and there are also outlets to pump if you need to. However, you are welcome to nurse wherever you are most comfortable! I particularly loved Main Street Cinema and the Animation Building, as they are indoors and tend to be quieter. Tiffany, please rest easy that both Florida and California have laws protecting the right to breastfeed in public, so you can be assured that your baby can be fed whenever and wherever you need. If you have further questions, please reach out to
Guest Information via phone or chat - they may be able to provide even more information.
Once baby has a full belly, be sure to use the map in the
Disneyland Mobile App to find attractions with no height requirement that are perfect for the whole family. From the app home screen, click on the location icon at the bottom of the screen. This opens the Disneyland Resort map, where you can select "Attractions" and find the filters at the top of the screen. Filter options include height, age, thrill factor, and more! In Disneyland Park, some of the rides that you and your little one can enjoy are Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, "it's a small world," and most of the rides in Fantasyland. At California Adventure Park, you can enjoy Turtle Talk with Crush, Toy Story Midway Mania!, Little Mermaid, and several of the rides on Pixar Pier!
I hope this information helps, Tiffany! If you have any other questions, p
lease visit me again. I would be happy to help you and your little one have a magical visit.
See you real soon,
Melissa
