Disney has many official Photopass Photographers located all over the parks. While they take pretty good pictures, are they allowed to take pictures of guests using the guest's own camera?

    Hello Don,
I cannot tell you if they are actually allowed to do this or not, but they do it.  I many times would also like a picture with my camera just in case the picture that they take on PhotoPass doesn't turn out very well, (and you know you can't view the PhotoPass pictures as you are standing there but you can with most other camera's today).  I think it is good customer service and I like to be courteous and let them take a picture for the PhotoPass first and then ask if they can take a picture with my camera.  I have never been turned down when I have asked and I am sure you won't either!  The cast members are there to make sure you have a magical stay!!!  I hope you get some good one's.  Have a great day!
