Hi there, Ashlee, and welcome to planDisney! It's so exciting that you've stopped by with this great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I'm so thankful that you've found us here at planDisney!
Ashlee, I absolutely understand wanting to take advantage of the most savings possible for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. At this time, these types of
special offers are not able to be combined. If you've served in the military, please accept my sincere thanks for your service! Depending on the type of deals available to you for your desired vacation dates, I suggest pricing out each option to determine which will give you the best bang for your buck.
If you're looking for ways to save money during your vacation, I have a few tips! Traveling as a family of five, we love to find new ways to add value during our time at Walt Disney World Resort.
Many families like to stay at a Value Resort like
Art of Animation. The Family Suites sleep up to six people and they offer two full bathrooms and a separate bedroom (amazing!). My family has found a lot of value in staying in a
Deluxe Villa resort because while the per night price is higher, they offer rooms with full kitchens and a washer and dryer. Being able to cook meals, spend quality time in a spacious room, spread out among two bedrooms, and do laundry in our room has been a valuable game-changer for our family. No matter which Disney Resorts Collection hotel you choose, you'll be treated to world-class service, incredible on-site dining options, and complimentary transportation.
I also find a lot of value in the
Disney Dining Plan. If you're traveling with little ones and want to experience Character Dining or all-you-care-to-enjoy buffets, you'll find that you might even save money by using a dining plan. We're the type of people who enjoy table service meals as well as quick-service meals, and we love making the most out of our dining plan. It also includes a resort refillable mug that you can use throughout your vacation - those savings really add up!
Speaking of food, consider bringing snacks and breakfast items to your hotel room. Don't get me wrong - I'm all for indulging in my favorite
snacks at EPCOT! But things like water bottles, granola bars, fruit snacks, gum, and sports drinks are things I know we will go through a lot of during our visit, so we bring them with us. You can even bring food with you to the parks if you like!
Ashlee, I hope this is helpful as you count down these last few days to your vacation. Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have!
See you real soon!
Jennifer
